I had to squeeze in some processed food for my amazing chicken!!!!

Today was another day of abdominal pain….not as bad as the other day (when it rivaled child birth), but bad nonetheless.  I decided that the Syntol is actually doing SOMETHING good, because once the pain passes I feel amazing the rest of the day (if I don’t eat).  So instead of losing too much weight too fast not eating, I decided to do 2 days of Syntol with juice only a week and the other 5 days normal food.  I had discussed fasting in the recent past and explained how I decided that fasting was going to be too dangerous given the state of toxic overload I am in.  So I have been eating very little the last 4 days taking the Syntol and I can feel the effects of way too low calories.  So I will do the 2/5 schedule to give my body a slower cleansing from the yeast.  One of those days will be my husband’s day off as I literally cannot do anything except hold my stomach for hours (or hobble to the bathroom!).  I noticed though that I can eat in the evening (very small amount) without pain, but that food will cause me pain the next day after taking another capsule.  So I ate tonight given that I am NOT taking that thing tomorrow!! :)

So here it is folks….my awesome chicken……………..

4-6 skinless, boneless organic chicken breasts

A cup or 2 of corn flake crumbs (found with the bread crumbs…..my processed food cheat) mixed with a bit of garlic powder and sea salt.

A 1/2 cup or so of organic, pasture raised cow buttermilk

A couple or so tablespoons of raw organic butter (from pasture raised cows) melted.

Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in crumb mixture, then place on baking sheet….drizzle/soak chicken in butter, place in 400 degree oven (or thereabouts) for as long as it takes to cook through.

You will notice 2 things…..my own recipes I make up are always never precise.  I never measure things out when I just throw things together.  And 2 you will notice I eat a lot of FAT in my diet, but the right kind of fat is GOOD for you.  In fact it is necessary for a healthy body!  I also included broccoli (steamed and buttered) and long grain brown rice sprinled with a small amt sea salt and just a bit more garlic powder.

Well it is time to get the kiddos to bed so I need to run!  Hope everyone is well!

You have a high tolerance for pain Tracy! I couldn’t do what you’re doing, I’m such a wus! Well done you for making changes to help you manage this cleansing process. Good luck with it, hope the pain lessens all the time. :)

I agree with janice about ur pain threshold lol. I think you are amazing still,I may say it often becuz I really think you are pretty darn cool in all that you r trying to do for your familys health and happyness. like I said beforeI wouldlove to be doing the things you are implimentinginyour daily life but fear I am still way too scatterbrained anddisorganized to be successfulfor anygood to come of it. maybe its such an unkown…..I’m not sure lol but I sense in time I will come back to the info etc….as I already feel a tug towards the natural for health reasons forme and my family. How r things otherwise?
